Purchasers and end users, including surgeons, surgical centers, and operating room staff, are responsible for reviewing and strictly adhering to the manufacturer’s instructions for use, safety protocols, and guidelines for clinical application. PBC Medical Solutions shall not be held liable for any aspect of usage including but not limited to:

• Improper use of the equipment

• Failure to follow OEM-provided instructions

• Use of the products in clinical settings or procedures outside the approved scope

All items labeled as refurbished have been reconditioned in compliance with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) standards. It remains the end user’s responsibility to validate that such equipment is fit for their intended purpose and used in accordance with applicable healthcare regulations and licensing requirements.
